SAFETY AT ACTRA
Child safety standards
How Actra prevents, identifies, and responds to child sexual abuse and exploitation.
Actra strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any content or conduct that sexualizes or endangers a child.
Our standards
These standards apply to every part of Actra, including profiles, challenges, comments, messages, photos, videos, proof submissions, and links. Users must never create, upload, request, share, store, or promote content that exploits or sexualizes anyone under 18. Users must not use Actra to groom, coerce, threaten, solicit, or arrange sexual contact with a child. Attempts to evade these rules are also prohibited.
How we respond
We review reports and may immediately restrict accounts or remove content when child safety is at risk. When we identify apparent CSAM or credible child exploitation, we preserve relevant information as legally required and report it to the appropriate authorities or child protection organizations. We cooperate with lawful investigations and do not notify an alleged offender when doing so could put a child or an investigation at risk.
Report a child safety concern
Use the report option on a profile, win, or comment in Actra. For an urgent child safety report, email our designated contact below. Include the Actra username, relevant challenge or content link, and a short description. Please do not download, copy, attach, or redistribute suspected CSAM.
Immediate danger
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first. In the United States, reports can also be submitted to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children’s CyberTipline.
